How to reset your password

TNS members currently have two online accounts while we transition away from our legacy website. The steps depend on which password you’ve forgotten.


If you’re trying to pay dues

Legacy website account (triplenine.org)

  • Site: triplenine.org

  • Used for: paying membership dues

  • Password reset: if the legacy reset isn’t working, Support can help.

How to contact Support

  1. Preferred (fastest):
    Go to support.triplenine.org and sign in with your TNS-SSO account, then create a ticket.

  2. If you can’t access TNS-SSO:
    Email [email protected] from the email address currently associated with your TNS membership.

Important notes

  • The Support portal uses TNS-SSO. Your legacy triplenine.org username/password will not work on the Support portal.

  • For security, if you email from an old or different email address, we may not be able to help until we can verify your identity and/or update your email on record.


If you’re trying to access TNS services (Support portal, forums, events, services, voting, etc.)

TNS-SSO account (login.triplenine.org)

To reset your TNS-SSO password:

  1. Go to login.triplenine.org/forgotpassword

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  3. If you don’t receive the email, check your junk/spam folder (and any mail filtering rules).

If you still can’t reset your TNS-SSO password, contact Support at [email protected] (ideally from the email address on your membership record).
